The Art of Diane Fujimoto

Art has always had a presence in my life, from the first charcoal drawing kit given to me by my father at age 7, through college and a career in textile design, to my current passion of painting with watercolor. Art, like life, is a journey of experience, growth, ups and downs, joys and frustrations, a process of learning who we are and how we relate to the world around us.

My hope is to share my experiences with you through my paintings. My challenge is to bring life to the blank white watercolor paper through my love of strong color mixing with the fluid movement of the water.
